Local Landscaping Partners is accepting applications from established landscaping companies and qualified owner-operators interested in paid landscaping jobs in Chicago and communities across Illinois. Providers do not purchase shared leads or bid against other contractors. They control their pricing, service area, availability, and capacity.

LLP works with independent landscaping businesses on a project basis. This is not W-2 employment. Applying does not guarantee selection, exclusivity, job volume, or revenue.

How Illinois Landscaping Providers Are Paid

Providers do not purchase LLP customer leads. There is no upfront provider account fee before work begins. Complete payment, adjustment, and documentation terms are reviewed before activation and contained in the signed agreement.

70%

Provider share for completed and collected work quoted through LLP.

80%

Provider share when an authorized provider performs an in-person estimate and successfully closes the customer.

The $30 monthly provider account fee begins with the first calendar month in which the provider receives a Live Order. It is deducted from the first applicable payout of the month.

Requirements for Illinois Landscaping Providers

The strongest providers are the companies that communicate, follow through, document their work, and accurately report their capacity.

Local Landscaping Partners reviews established Illinois landscaping businesses for insurance, documentation, equipment, service area, capacity, experience, and professional communication.

Additional insurance requirements are reviewed before activation and may depend on the services, workforce, and vehicles used by the provider.

Realistic Expectations

Start With a Few Jobs. Prove the Process. Scale Deliberately.

Some Illinois areas already produce customer requests. Other markets enter development after dependable provider coverage is established. Exact timing and volume vary, but LLP intentionally limits provider count so demand is not unnecessarily diluted.
