About Us

About Local Landscaping Partners

Local Landscaping Partners is a nationwide jobs network built for working landscapers. We connect local crews with booked, paying work in their own zip codes, then handle the front office so pros can focus on the job.

No bidding. No monthly fees.

Who We Are

Local Landscaping Partners is operated by landscapers and home-service operators who know the day-to-day realities of this business: slow seasons, no-shows, route inefficiencies, missed calls, and time lost quoting jobs that never close.

We also know how local search works. Our team builds and manages neighborhood-focused websites and booking systems designed to connect real local customers with the right nearby providers.

Our goal is simple: help quality local crews stay busy with better-fit jobs, while giving customers a faster, easier way to book service.

What We Do

We bring customers to the network

We market through Local Landscaping Partners and related local service pages to generate customer requests in specific cities and ZIP codes. Our network is built by people who understand both sides of the business: the local crews doing the work and the systems needed to bring in customers consistently.

We help coordinate the front office

We support the systems and workflows used for:

  • inbound requests
  • quoting and scheduling
  • reminders and confirmations
  • payment processing
  • receipts and billing support
  • customer service follow-up

We help route jobs to local providers

We connect homeowners and property managers with nearby independent landscaping providers. Approved providers can set their service areas, pricing, and availability, then accept work that fits their schedule and coverage area.

We support repeatable growth

For providers, this means more time doing paid work and less time chasing leads, answering missed calls, or handling back-office admin. As providers complete jobs and remain in good standing, they may also become eligible for additional opportunities, including referral partner programs where available and approved.

Who We Serve

Independent Landscaping Providers

  • Solo operators who want steady local work without chasing leads
  • Small crews looking to fill routes and reduce windshield time
  • Established providers expanding into nearby ZIP codes
  • Contractors who prefer booked jobs over bidding marketplaces
Customers Booking Through the Network
  • Homeowners seeking lawn care and landscaping service
  • Property managers and rental operators (select markets)
  • Small commercial accounts (where supported)
  • Customers who want online booking, reminders, and support

What Makes Local Landscaping Partners Different

No per-lead bidding model

Providers do not pay for unqualified leads or compete in a race-to-the-bottom bid system.

Local routing and territory focus

The network is built around city, neighborhood, and ZIP-level matching to help providers work closer to where they want to be.

Admin support built into the platform

Scheduling coordination, payment processing, and customer support are part of the system, so providers can spend less time on paperwork.

Transparent split structure

For completed and paid platform jobs, the split is straightforward: (70% to provider / 30% to LLP) on net collected (after applicable card processing fees).

What We Handle vs. What Providers Handle

Local Landscaping Partners Network Handles

  • marketing and lead generation through network sites
  • booking workflows and support systems
  • reminders and customer communications (where supported)
  • payment processing coordination
  • receipts, billing support, and service-related support tickets
  • quality documentation workflows (photos/notes for supported jobs)

Providers Handle

  • labor, tools, equipment, and vehicles
  • on-site service delivery and workmanship
  • safety practices and legal compliance
  • insurance and required business documentation
  • schedule acceptance and completion of assigned jobs
  • accurate job notes and photo documentation

Our Values

Fair and transparent

We aim to use simple, understandable terms and clear payout mechanics.

Local-first operations

We believe better route density and local matching improve outcomes for both providers and customers.

Quality over hype

Reliable service, documentation, and communication matter more than flashy promises.

Respect for working pros

The network is designed to reduce admin burden and help providers spend more time on paid work.

Referral Partner Program (Where Available)

Some providers may become eligible to apply for a referral partner program after meeting network requirements and performance thresholds.

When offered, referral payouts are funded from LLP’s margin and are not deducted from another provider’s 70% share. Program terms, eligibility, caps, and conditions apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

Mower/trimmer/blower, reliable vehicle, W-9/EIN, General Liability insurance, ability to pass a background check, and photos of recent work.

Upload docs, claim ZIPs, set pricing – most providers can start seeing bookings in the schedule quickly, once insurance is verified.

No. You pay 30% only when a job is completed and paid.

Yes – Local Landscaping Partners handles the customer acquisition, booking, customer support, payment processing, and chargeback handling. You set your prices so the 70% nets your target profit. Once you start referring partners to the network, referral payouts are funded from “our 30 percent” – never from your 70.

No. We quote from your pricing list; you can confirm or build on-site when needed.

Add your bank info. Card payments settle weekly. If a customer pays by check, you deposit it, log it, and we reconcile the 30% through the app.

Yes. After 5 completed jobs and approval, become a Referral Partner. When landscapers you invite complete paid jobs, you earn tiered payouts from LLP’s margin – never from their 70% – with per-downline caps for fairness.

Every job is 70/30. Card fees are deducted first; then 70% to you / 30% to us.

Card jobs settle weekly. Logged checks are reconciled via the app. Your 70% applies to net collected after card fees.

Bookings, emails, and receipts show Local Landscaping Partners. You’re the independent (1099) contractor doing the work.

Yes. You set your service radius and max active queue so you never take on more than your crew can handle.

A Shared Account is a customer we brought you through our sites and brand. You do the work, we handle the front office (ads, booking, reminders, payments, support). To keep everything smooth for the customer, all jobs for that account run through the platform at the posted Program Split. That includes recurring visits you set up with them.

No. Keep Shared Accounts on-platform (card or logged check) so your 70% is protected and history stays intact. Off-platform billing for Shared Accounts will lead to account pause or termination under the agreement.

No. Platform-sourced customers are Shared accounts. All recurring work must be billed through our platform.

Yes. Your existing customers remain yours. When you serve Local Landscaping Partners customers (the ones we book under our brand), those accounts are Shared Accounts and must be billed through the platform so we can provide support, warranty, history, and accurate payouts.

We compare your conversion to regional medians. Large gaps or inconsistent reporting may reduce lead volume, pause your account, or lead to termination.

Upload before/after photos and job notes; we use that record to handle support tickets and chargebacks.
