Booked work for landscapers who want less bidding, less admin, and less upfront risk.

Areas are filled gradually. Once coverage is complete, new applications are paused.

Most landscapers lose money before the job starts

Ads. Bought leads. Missed calls. Slow quotes. Payment chasing.
Local Landscaping Partners is built to take more of that busy work off your plate.

    • No bidding
    • No monthly fee
    • We help handle ads, calls, quoting, payments, and support
    • You pay only after completed, paid work

Why crews choose LLP over the usual options

Most landscapers don’t need more leads.
They need a cleaner way to turn demand into paid work.

No per-lead fees

You are not paying just to find out whether a customer might answer the phone. You pay only after a job is completed and paid.

No bidding

This is not a race to the bottom. We quote from your pricing structure, and you can confirm or adjust on site when needed.

Local routing

Our neighborhood pages and booking flow help route work closer to your preferred service area, pricing, and availability.

Areas are filled gradually. Once coverage is full, new applications are paused.

Built for providers who want to grow without getting buried in admin

This is not designed for companies chasing one-off jobs.

It is designed for providers who want:

  • consistent local work
  • better route density
  • less time spent on calls, quotes, and follow-ups
  • more time focused on production and growth

The easiest way to test a new growth system

This is designed to be easy to try.

  • You do not pay a monthly fee just to start.
  • You do not enter a bid war to win every request.
  • You do not need to spend on ads to see whether the model works.

You can complete the first few jobs, watch how the quoting flow works, see the job quality, and judge the economics for yourself.

    • Free to apply
    • No bidding
    • No monthly fee to start
    • On-site pricing can be adjusted when conditions are different
    • Decide after several completed jobs whether it fits

You’re not committing to a new business model.
You’re testing a better workflow on real jobs.

Start with a few jobs and decide from there.

What gets easier when the system is already in place

When the booking flow, payment process, and support layer are already built, your team can stay more focused on production.

You stop carrying the office alone

Less admin pressure on the owner or small team.

Payment flow stays organized

Invoices, receipts, and related payment communication are coordinated.

Everything is documented in one place

Customer details, notes, and job records stay easier to track.

Photos and notes help protect you

Clear documentation helps if questions come up later.

Route-friendly workflows save time

Work can be routed by service area and category.

Recurring accounts stay coordinated

Repeat work is easier to manage when it stays inside a system.

What this can look like over time

Many providers start with a few jobs per week and scale based on availability, service quality, and coverage.

Example progression:

  • 3–5 jobs per week → supplemental income
  • 10–20 jobs per week → consistent local workload
  • Expanded coverage → stronger route density and repeat work

Providers who stay active and perform consistently often see more stable job flow over time.

Simple economics, clear math

You should know how the model works before you ever take a job.

Split:

Card processing and related fees are deducted first.

The remaining collected amount is then split: 70/30

Example:

After fees, the remaining collected amount is $200.

$200 → You $140 / Us $60

Key Points:

- You are not paying for leads up front.

- You are not paying a monthly fee to stay in the system.

- The model starts after completed, paid work.

Who LLP fits best

Our model is designed for providers who want a cleaner way to grow without stacking more admin, more software, and more lead costs on top of the work itself.

This may not be the right fit if:

  • you are looking for instant high-volume work without consistency
  • you prefer bidding marketplaces
  • you do not want to follow a structured workflow
  • you are not actively servicing the areas you apply for

This system works best for providers who want steady, structured growth.

Want to earn beyond your own jobs?

After you complete 5 paid jobs and get approval, you can apply to become a Referral Partner. When landscapers you invite complete paid jobs, you can earn tiered payouts funded from LLP’s margin, never from another provider’s 70%.

Start as a provider first

Most landscapers start by joining as a provider, claiming their area, and testing booked work.

If you later complete jobs successfully and want to earn beyond your own production, you may be able to apply separately for the Referral Partner program.

Step 1 — Lead-Only (Member)

Step 2 — Referral Partner (Earn Tiers)

    • Same payout on your jobs, plus you can invite other landscapers.
    • Earn capped, multi-tier payouts from our margin when your recruits complete paid jobs.

Performance & Integrity Standard

We operate nationwide and track conversion benchmarks (quote-to-job, job-to-paid). We expect Members and Referral Partners to maintain honest reporting and perform near the regional median.

  • If your conversion rates materially lag benchmarks or appear manipulated, we may reduce lead volumepause your account, or terminate for cause.

Claim your territory before your area fills

Try the first jobs. See the process on real work. Then decide whether it fits your business.
