Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay 30% only when a job is completed and paid.
Do I have to bid on jobs?
No. We quote from your pricing list. On-site quotes are available when needed.
How do I get paid?
Card payments settle on our payout cycle. If a customer pays by check, you deposit it, log it in the app, and we reconcile the 30%.
Do I keep my own customers?
Yes. Your existing customers remain yours. When you serve Local Landscaping Partners customers (the ones we book under our brand), those accounts are Shared Accounts and must be billed through the platform so we can provide support, warranty, history, and accurate payouts.
Who does the customer see?
Bookings, emails, and receipts show Local Landscaping Partners. You perform the work as an independent contractor (1099).
What if I’m too busy?
If you are too busy to process all the leads in the area, we’ll send your leads to other local providers, to keep customers happy.

What do I need to join?
Mower/trimmer/blower, reliable vehicle, W-9/EIN, General Liability insurance, ability to pass a background check, and photos of recent work.
How long is onboarding?
Upload docs, claim ZIPs, set pricing – most providers can start seeing bookings in the schedule quickly, once insurance is verified.
Is 30% worth it?
Yes – Local Landscaping Partners handles the customer acquisition, booking, customer support, payment processing, and chargeback handling. You set your prices so the 70% nets your target profit. Once you start referring partners to the network, referral payouts are funded from “our 30 percent” – never from your 70.
Can I earn beyond my own jobs?
Yes. After 5 completed jobs and approval, become a Referral Partner. When landscapers you invite complete paid jobs, you earn tiered payouts from LLP’s margin – never from their 70% – with per-downline caps for fairness.
How are splits handled for recurring services?
Every job is 70/30. Card fees are deducted first; then 70% to you / 30% to us.
How fast do I get paid?
Card jobs settle weekly. Logged checks are reconciled via the app. Your 70% applies to net collected after card fees.
Can I limit my service area or workload?
Yes. You set your service radius and max active queue so you never take on more than your crew can handle.
What is a “Shared Account”?
A Shared Account is a customer we brought you through our sites and brand. You do the work, we handle the front office (ads, booking, reminders, payments, support). To keep everything smooth for the customer, all jobs for that account run through the platform at the posted Program Split. That includes recurring visits you set up with them.
Can I invoice a Shared Account off-platform?
No. Keep Shared Accounts on-platform (card or logged check) so your 70% is protected and history stays intact. Off-platform billing for Shared Accounts will lead to account pause or termination under the agreement.
Can I bill recurring customers off-platform?
No. Platform-sourced customers are Shared accounts. All recurring work must be billed through our platform.
How do you measure performance?
We compare your conversion to regional medians. Large gaps or inconsistent reporting may reduce lead volume, pause your account, or lead to termination.
How do disputes work?
Upload before/after photos and job notes; we use that record to handle support tickets and chargebacks.
What are the insurance requirements?
All partners are required to maintain minimum insurance coverage. See details.
