Local Landscaping Partners ( “LocalLandscapingPartners.com”, “LLP,” “we,” “us,” or “our” ) is owned and operated by Local Service Partners, LLC, a Texas company with principal offices in Bexar County, Texas. We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our websites, apps, and services (the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Scope

This Policy applies to:

  • Visitors to LocalLandscapingPartners.com (our recruiting/partner site) and any network subpages where this Policy appears.
  • Prospective and approved Members/Providers and Referral Partners who create accounts, submit applications, or use our apps/portals.
  • Individuals who interact with our localized lead-generation websites that route consumer requests to LLP (collectively, “Neighborhood Sites”).
  • Anyone who communicates with us, joins our mailing lists/SMS alerts, or participates in surveys, promotions, or events.

Additional notices (e.g., in-app notices, state notices, or program-specific disclosures) may supplement this Policy and control if there is a conflict.

2) Personal Information We Collect

We collect personal information directly, automatically, and from third parties. The data we collect depends on how you interact with us.

A. Information you provide directly

  • Contact & Identifiers: name, company name, email, phone, addresses, and any information you submit in forms.
  • Account/Profile: username/password, profile photo, service areas, pricing menus, skills, certifications, W-9/EIN, licensing and insurance details, scheduling preferences.
  • Provider Onboarding: SSN/TIN (for 1099 tax reporting/identity verification), driver’s license, background-check data (through vendors), prior work history, equipment owned, proof of insurance.
  • Payments/Financial: payout/bank details, ACH info, tax forms; for consumer payments, we use third-party processors and do not store full card data on our systems.
  • Communications: emails, SMS, in-app messages, call recordings (where permitted), support tickets, survey responses, testimonials, photos you upload (e.g., job before/after).
  • Referral Program Data: your invite links, downline/upline relationships, production/payout summaries, qualification status, caps/pro-rata adjustments.

B. Information collected automatically

  • Device/Usage: IP address, device IDs, browser type, OS, pages viewed, clicks, session logs, timestamps, referrers.
  • Location: approximate location from IP; if you enable in the app, GPS during job routing/verification and for safety/compliance.
  • Cookies/Tags/SDKs: as described in Section 5 (analytics, performance, ads measurement, fraud prevention).

C. Information from third parties

  • Background/Identity & Fraud Prevention vendors; insurance verification partners; payment processors; anti-money-laundering/know-your-customer (KYC) tools.
  • Lead & Marketing partners (e.g., analytics, ad networks) and public sources; social media (if you connect or interact).
  • Customer/Provider Matching: When consumers submit requests on Neighborhood Sites, we receive their contact details and service needs to fulfill the request.

User Content Warning: Forums, reviews, public profiles, or shared galleries may be publicly visible. Do not post sensitive data you don’t want public.

3) How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide & operate the Services; create/manage accounts; route and schedule jobs; generate quotes; enable messaging; process payments and payouts.
  • Onboard & qualify Providers/Referral Partners, including identity, licensing, insurance verification, and background checks; maintain compliance and eligibility status.
  • Measure performance & improve (analytics, testing, research, quality assurance, product development, training).
  • Communicate about accounts, jobs, payouts, policy updates, and customer support; send marketing/SMS with your consent where required.
  • Personalize content, routes, offers, training modules, and referral dashboards.
  • Prevent fraud, protect security, detect and investigate misuse or off-platform diversion; enforce Terms and agreements.
  • Comply with law (tax, accounting, lawful requests) and maintain records.
  • Business operations (audits, financing, mergers/acquisitions, reorganization).

4) How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Affiliates/Subsidiaries and our parent Local Service Partners, LLC.
  • Vendors/Processors: hosting, cloud, analytics, background checks/identity, KYC/AML, insurance verification, payment processing, communications, support tools, document e-signature, and security providers.
  • Customers & Providers: We share consumer contact/service details with matched Providers; we may show limited Provider identifiers to consumers.
  • Referral Program Operations: display downline/upline relationships and production metrics to the relevant Partner, limited to what’s necessary to run the program and calculate payouts.
  • Marketing/Analytics Partners: device and usage data for measurement, optimization, ad delivery, and attribution (see Section 5 and Section 12/13 on “sale/share” choices).
  • Business Transfers: as part of due diligence or completion of a financing, merger, or sale of assets.
  • Legal/Compliance/Safety: to comply with law or protect rights, property, and safety.
  • With consent or as otherwise disclosed at collection.

We do not sell Provider SSNs/TINs, bank account numbers, or full payment card numbers.

5) Cookies, SDKs, and Online Ads

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, local storage, log files, and SDKs to operate the Services, remember preferences, prevent fraud, measure performance, and personalize/measure advertising.

  • Analytics: e.g., Google Analytics (you may use their opt-out add-on).
  • Advertising: ad networks/placeholders may collect device/usage data to show relevant ads and measure campaigns across sites/apps.
  • Cross-device linking may infer relationships between browsers/devices.

Choices: You can manage cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them. We honor applicable Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required (see Section 12/13). Our Sites do not respond to non-standard “Do Not Track” signals.

6) Your Privacy Choices

  • Account/Profile: Update or delete certain info in your account. To close an account, contact us (Section 11). We may retain records as permitted by law (e.g., tax, fraud prevention).
  • Marketing Emails: Opt out via unsubscribe links; we may still send transactional/operational emails.
  • SMS/Text: Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help. Message/data rates may apply. Frequency varies.
  • Location: Control device/app permissions to disable GPS collection.
  • Cookies/Ads: Use browser tools and industry pages (e.g., aboutads.info/choices). GPC signals honored as required.
  • State Privacy Rights: See Section 12 (and 13 for California).

7) External Links & Third-Party Features

Third-party sites, plugins, or features linked in our Services are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

8) Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.

9) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No security is perfect; please use strong, unique passwords and protect your account credentials.

10) Data Retention & De-Identification

We retain personal information as needed for the purposes described above, including legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. Where appropriate, we may de-identify or aggregate data and commit not to re-identify it except as permitted by law.

12) Additional Privacy Information for Residents of Certain U.S. States

  • Targeted advertising;
  • Sale of personal information (as defined by state law);
  • Profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf; we may require verification of both you and the agent. If we deny your request, you may appeal by following the instructions in our response.

Sale/Sharing Opt-Out: If our use of advertising/analytics cookies is deemed a “sale” or “share,” you can opt out via cookie controls and (where provided) our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. We honor GPC where applicable.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond purposes allowed by applicable law (e.g., tax reporting, fraud prevention, account security, short-term/transient use, or as you direct).

Sales/Sharing: We may be considered to “sell” or “share” Identifiers, Commercial, and Internet/Network Activity through advertising/analytics cookies. We do not knowingly sell/share data of users under 16.

Your California Rights: access/know, correct, delete, opt-out of sales/sharing, and non-discrimination. Exercise rights at [email protected]. We will verify requests. To opt out of sales/sharing, use cookie controls and (where present) our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link; we honor GPC signals.

Shine the Light: California residents may request a list of third parties to whom we disclosed personal information for their direct marketing in the prior year by emailing [email protected] with “Shine the Light” in the subject and a California mailing address.

14) SMS/Text Program Terms (Summary)

By providing a mobile number, you consent to receive recurring operational and marketing texts from LLP. Consent is not required to use the Services. Reply STOP to cancel; HELP for help. Message/data rates may apply. We may use reputable third-party messaging platforms to deliver texts; they may process limited data on our behalf.

15) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post changes with a new “Last Updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update signifies your acceptance.
